Château Gazin 1993
Mr. Jacques and Eric Boissenot - May 2002

Aspect (Robe)
Dense, somewhat undeveloped colour, quite remarkable for the vintage

Odour (Nose)
Menthol nose, lightly liquorice with hints of fresh grape must and fermented prunes, caramel, liquorice and animal notes

Taste (Palette)
A full and rounded palette, good balance and harmony for the vintage, a grilled end with a point of bitterness. A good wine for the vintage
